  • The Honourable Peter Young AO is a former Judge of Appeal in the Supreme Court of New South Wales. He served as Chief Justice of the Equity Division from 2001 until 2009. He was admitted to the New South Wales Bar in 1963 and was appointed a Queens Counsel in 1978.


    Anthony Cahill was admitted to practice in 1981.He is a member of the Law Society’s Property Law and Environmental, Planning and Development Committees. He has been a member of the Re-Draft Committees for the editions of the Contract for the Sale of Land since 1992, and the editions of the Contract for the Sale of Business since 2000.


    Gary Newton is an accredited specialist in property law and Partner in the Property & Development Group at Colin Biggers & Paisley. He provides a wide range of property related advice to business, government and individuals.
