Karena Viglianti-Northway LLB(Hons) is a Barrister of the High Court of Australia and Supreme Court of New South Wales. She is a Quentin Bryce Doctoral Scholar and Associate Lecturer in the Faculty of Law at the University of Technology, Sydney. She teaches in the law of Real Property and also practices as a barrister in Property and Equity. Karena has a range of legal and policy experience through the roles she has held as a barrister, as General Counsel and as a solicitor advising various governments and governmental agencies and some of Australia’s largest publicly listed companies in property, commercial and administrative law.
